What do they do?
Provide quality conference and training facilities for delegates and students across the UK.
What IBS did?
Installed and upgraded full POS and StockLink back office, developed a real-time bedroom-booking module to interface with Kinetics Hotel management system and developed and integrated loyalty cashless CRM system into StockLink. Also added hand-held sales ordering units.
How does it work?
Upgraded POS system also includes cashless account system, real time bedroom interface and hand-held sales ordering systems.
Special feature?
IBS showed the ability to write bespoke software links to third- party applications, developing a series of ".NET services" which take real-time POS sales and posts data directly into Kinetics Bedroom booking & conferencing software.
Future Potential?
Extra points and capacity have been planned into the installation so additional terminals and IP technology can be added as appropriate in the future.
