// THREE-IN-ONE ON-LINE LOYALTY CARD LAUNCHED BY IBS

A flexible three-in-one hospitality card is now available from Intelligent Business Systems, one of the UK’s leading independent POS and central management consultancies.

It can be used either as a customer loyalty, discount or cashless card and gives hospitality businesses a powerful, cost-effective marketing tool to increase footfall, spend and profits.

Using the card enables hospitality businesses to run and manage loyalty activity at a fraction of the cost of advertising and other traditional marketing activities.

This versatile card, which has a pre-programmed random six digit ID number, runs on PC POS and Uniwell terminals as part of the new on-line loyalty module added to IBS’s StockLink enterprise management software suite. Results of activity are measured in real time by StockLink’s extensive range of business reports.

The on-line loyalty module is powered by a back office database and is www accessed by both hospitality businesses and their customers.

Easy-to-use, the module accommodates numerous activity schemes that can be changed or updated by the click of a button.

The module also enables hospitality businesses to send individual or batched e-mails to customers to communicate marketing activity.

“On-line loyalty is an easy, effective way to interface with customers with just one card needed to cover loyalty, discount or cashless options. The beauty of on-line loyalty is its simplicity and cost-effectiveness,” said Gareth Powell, IBS managing director.

The easy-to-use on-line module is now available as either an addition to existing service level agreements for IBS customers or for outright purchase. Visit www.ibs-systems.co.uk for more details.
