Easy to use for all staff
POSLink is designed to be easy for staff to understand and use.
Staff can log on with a pin number, a pin card or, for even greater security, finger print recognition. It can be made compulsory so they cannot make a sale until they have clocked on and the terminal is in sales mode.
Service styles
The screen layout has two styles of service.
There is the traditional table service bar or restaurant function where the left hand half of the screen remains static all the time and the menus of the centre section of the screen can be changes for speed and ease of use.
The other style of service is called QSR, where the function bar disappears. This is aimed at sandwich bars and fast food outlets.
Each keyboard has its own theme with colours and different sized buttons.
