Daily takings are automatically transferred to the summary page where the nett and gross takings are accumulated. The added banking section allows managers to input their banking figures during the week to balance. Deposits and accounts ledgers can be taken into consideration with balances transferred into the following week. Petty cash entry can either form part of the banking or remain separate. Staff hours and rates of pay are calculated ready for transfer to MS Excel journal or a payroll package. All detailed data changes are transferred into Stocklink Head Office system on a daily basis.
