Access Group Expands Hospitality Software Suite With DesignMyNight and ProNett Purchases

The Access Group has followed the launch of its hospitality division earlier this month with the purchase of online event ticketing and table booking and property management solutions.

One of the UK’s leading providers of software for fast growing, mid-market businesses, Access has acquired DesignMyNight, which includes Collins online restaurant bookings and Tonic online ticketing solutions, and the ProNett property maintenance brand.

The purchases expand Access Hospitality’s business management suite after the recent acquisitions of EPOS and stock management specialists Intelligent Business Systems and SelimaHR’s workforce management software.

DesignMyNight has two Software as a Service (SaaS) products: Collins, a reservation and enquiry management tool for casual dining, bars and restaurants and Tonic, an event ticketing and marketing platform.

ProNett is a cloud-based property maintenance software designed to simplify and automate resources, processes and procedures.

“The addition of ProNett and DesignMyNight further enhances the Access Group’s position as the software vendor of choice for multi-site hospitality businesses wanting to achieve genuine competitive advantages and deliver brilliant, repeatable guest experiences,” said Chris Bayne, CEO of Access Group.

“Hospitality operators now have the option of either investing in an entire end-to-end solution or integrating selected SaaS products into their current technology systems on a modular basis.”

“The Access Hospitality offers a complete proposition where reservations, pre-orders and deposit payments taken through our platform feed our EPOS and stock management solutions. EPOS data in turn feeds our workforce management solution, including staff scheduling, timesheets, tronc and expenses information to populate payroll payment engines. Sales, stock, payroll and property maintenance information flows into finance package and business analytics tools to give multi-site operators full visibility and clarity of all aspects of their operation.”

Multi-site hospitality clients, such as Arc Inspirations, Inception Group, Ideal Pub Collection and Cirrus Inns now use Access Hospitality solutions to manage their business critical functions including reservations, EPOS functionality and workforce management. New customers joining Access Hospitality include Fullers, Be At One, Dirty Martini, Mitchells and Butler, Stonegate and Wahaca.
